Swansea Museum, built in 1841, is the oldest museum in Wales and is currently being restored to its former Victorian splendour. Set in the Maritime Quarter, the museum is a fascinating treasure house of local and foreign artefacts collected for the wonderment of Swansea citizens and visitors alike.
